How often should I have my carpets cleaned?
This is dependent upon your individual situation. A family with pets and children will need to have their carpets cleaned more frequently than a single person or couple without pets or children. As a basic rule of thumb, having your carpets cleaned at least annually will prevent stains from being embedded deeper into the carpet, keepsthe air quality of the home better due to less dust in the carpets and will maintain a thicker, less worn carpet.
Are your cleaning products safe for pets and children?
Yes, we use biodegradable cleaning products and steam that will not harm children or pets.
Do I need to vaccum or move furniture before Adams Carpet Care arrives?
No, it is not necessary to vacuum before we arrive. Some homeowners will vacumm to make the cleaning process as good as possible but we use truck-mounted steam vacs that are very strong. We move furniture out of the way with the exception of electronics or pianos.
How long after the cleaning can we walk on the carpet?
You can walk on the carpet immediately after we’ve completed the cleaning but we recommend 24 hours before moving furniture back or having heavy traffic on the carpet.
What type of warranty do you offer?
We do our best on every carpet to remove every stain possible without actually damaging the carpet. If you have spots that we clean but they return in 30 days or less, we will return and reclean the spots.
Do you provide carpet cleaning for both residential and commercial propertys?
Yes, we clean both residential and commercial property and will provide a free estimate.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept VISA, MC and Discover.
